For name plate chainsRepairs Cost $25-includes new chain, repair of item and return shipping label and reship cost, each additional chain repair is $15 |
| If interested, please follow steps below: |

Send picture of item to designzby9llc@gmail.com with your first and last name in subject and "REPAIR" |
| If item can be fixed you will be sent an email, please confirm you want to pay for your repair. An invoice will be sent to via email, please pay invoice with 48 hours. |

Once invoice is paid, please email stating "Invoice PAID", A return label will be sent via email Please attach return label to 4x6 envelope or larger. Ship at post office or postal shop that can give you a receipt once it is mailed. DBY9 will not responsible if shipment is lost , so it is very important to get that receipt. |
